Need help from the 'crafty people'

I am soooooo not crafty, but I am putting together little goody bags for my sons kiddie party on Sunday.

I got each kid (all 25 of them ) a nice cup and I am going to fill each with candy.

Here's my question...I want to wrap it in some kind of cellophane and make name tags for each one. I have a picture in my head. I want the name tags to have jagged edges (maybe from one of those scissors(?) and punch 2 holes in the top, put ribbon through and tie a bow.

WHAT do I need? What kind of paper (I want it to be thicker than paper) do I need? What about the cellophane? DOes Michaels have cellophane bags that I can use, or do I buy a roll? HELP!!!!

Its possible they have bags...a party store may also have them...
