Need Help getting Tips together...

I would like to start making my Tip envelopes....
However I am not sure how much$$$$$
On average
I am having a MC & DJ so that's 2 people I have to Tip.
My Photo and Video guy. SO that's 2 people plus the Photo's assistant so that's 3
I aslo have my Bridal Attendant and Maitre D....
They are telling me to tip the Maitre D at least $500
I am only having 120 people.
Can someone HELP!!!!

I started with the big stuff..

maitre d- 900
bridal attendant-150
capt- 100
dj/mc- 100 ea
photog- 100
photog asst- 75
florist- 50
m/u artist- 60


I based it on how much I was paying them and whether or not they owned their own business.

this is what I would do:
MC & DJ- 100 ea

My Photo and Video guy.- 100 ea
Photo's assistant -60-80

Bridal Attendant -150

Maitre D -400 ($3 ppl)

I think the tips for my waiters is included in that 18%

This is my list:

Maitre'd: $3-$5 per person (will decide final number based on how well he works that day)
Bridal Attendant $100
Photographers $100 each (two total)
Videographer $100
DJ $100
Altar Servers $20 each
Organist/Soloist $50
Limo Driver $50
Priest $100

Here is our Breakdown:

Maitre'd - $3-$4 per guest
2 Photographers/1 Videographer - $75 -$100 each
Lighting Assistant - $50
1 DJ/1 MC - $75 -$100 each
Banquet Manager - $75
Bridal Attendant - $100-$150
2 Bartenders - $50 each
Valets - $35 each
Bathroom Attendants - $35 each
Flower delivery/setup people - $10 each
Limo/Shuttle Drivers - mandatory 20% each
MU/Hair person - $25-$30 each
It really adds up, doesn't it?!?
