Need Help, I am changing my name with POLL

I always thought i would be getting married in 2007, but life happens and that was put on hold. SO i want to change my name
Please vote which is the best one u think

I wouldn't put your full last name or your FH's... I've read on here that there were some crazies on here that have cancelled girls vendors...

I went with the nickname he calls me and 3 first three letters of his last name..

how do u change ur name anyway?

I agree...I don't like using last names
