Need help - invitations PLEASE

Im about to sign into a contract for my invites - Love the girls Im using.

What else beside the invitation and RSVP card goes in there? The reception card is not necessary since everything is in one place. So I was thinking:

Invite
RSVP w/env.
Accommodation card
Direction cards to hotel and RH
Post Nuptial Brunch info card

Anything else??
