need help Invites question

Girls I am typing up my invite list to send off to the Caligrapher and need help

what do you write on the inner envelope??

is it suposed to be
a) Mr Joe Doe and Mrs Jane Doe
or
b)Joe and Jane Doe
or
c) Joe and Jane

I am not sure which is right please tell me how you did your inner envelopes TIA

Just first names. Teh outer envelope has the mr & mrs john doe

I dont think it really matters. You can do it how ever you want. I think I am doing Mr. and Mrs..... and thats where I am putting Mr. Mike Smith & Guest.
