Need Help Ladies!

I went to a wedding a few years ago where when the bride and groom walked into the reception room sparklers went off from the centerpieces. Does anyone know of any catering hall that still does this or of any company that I can hire to do this??? please let me know because it was so beautiful and I really want to have it

They used to do it at the Sand Castle (they did it when my sister got married there). Unfortunately from what i understand it is no longer allowed in any catering facility. I was really hoping to have them too!!
