Hi ladies!!

Okay I am putting on the final touches to my DIY invites...but I need help on wording for my accommodations card.

We're also using ones from the hotel, which are worded similarly to Laura's.

BTW, which hotel did you block at? And have you gone in to finalize your menu yet?

Kris, I tried with the Marriot, but they told me that due to the Belmont Stakes being that weekend that the rate they were giving me was $169.

I actually called the Roslyn Claremont Hotel. They gave me a rate of $149. And they saved a few rooms for me for Saturday night too, just in case if I or some family members decide to stay there the night before my wedding.

I haven't gone to finalize my menu yet, have you? I don't know i get the feeling that I may need to call them coz no one has called me for anything!!

Score on the Roslyn! They gave me a mad high rate. I think it was like $249. Could be wrong though, but it was definitely $200+.

When we went for our tasting last week they were like 'we could do the menu now if you want' but we had another appointment later that afternoon and we didn't want to cut the menu meeting short (that's IMPORTANT!!!!!!), nor did we want to run late to our other meeting.

Give them a call...they told us that we could come in whenever we wanted to.

Are you getting your cake through them?

Sorry I hijacked your thread with SC crap!

You can hijack it anytime!!

That is cool to know, coz maybe I will ask FH if he wants to finalize now. You know get it out of the way and start working on my menus.

I am definitely getting a cake from them. Red Velvet baby, I think. need to convince Ed first.

Are you, or are you doing Leonetti's?
