Need help on how to stuff invites

My invitations are square. I have both the reception card and a response card in what order are they put in? Also how and where do I put the directions to the church, the reception hall and hotel?

I was just told to remember the order of events of the day ...

not that that helps because now I am thinking about the order and it's got me confused!!!

Geez - you think I'd remember since it was just last night I picked mine up!!!!
