Need help on wording of wedding program. PLEASE HELP

Does this sound right? Please any advice

We would like to thank our parents, family, and friends for sharing with us this first day of our life together. We feel especially blessed to have so many wonderful people in our lives. A special thanks to those who traveled a distance to share our wedding day with us, and a special prayer for those who could not be here with us today. We would like to congratulate Kaitlyn Daskawisz on celebrating her First Holy Communion with us today. We ask for your prayers as we go forward to begin our new lives together

Theres something that doesn't sound right in the last few lines. How should I reword it?

do you know that kaitlyn girl? if not, i would remove her unless you want people asking you who she is. other than that, it sounds nice!

Why don't you add that Kaitlyn is the flower girl for the people that don't know her.

I think the wording is fine

I agree, I'd just add, 'our flower girl Kaitlyn'

then that's a horse of a different color!!! then do as mentioned above...'we'd like to thank our beautiful flower girl, Kaitlyn, who is doing double duty today by celebrating her communion, etc, etc'.
