Please help! I'm ordering my invitations tonight and
I'm stuck on the wording:

Our cocktail hour / reception doesn't start
immediately following ceremony there is a little bit
of a time gap so which is the proper way?

An Enchanted Evening
of Dining and Dancing
Westbury Manor
Six Thirty to Eleven Thirty

or

The Celebration Continues
with a special evening of
Dining and Dancing
Westbury Manor
Cocktail Hour Begins at Six Thirty in the evening

Help How do I word this?

Also what are you girls using for the response saying?

I don't even think I would write 'cocktail hour' in the invitation. 6:30 pm implies that this is the time that the cocktail hour starts.

I like the second wording, IMO.

so just write:

Westbury Manor
Six Thirty

Any help would be great!

I am keeping it simple

Beginning at half past seven in the evening

I like the second one
but I don't think you should put cocktail hour
just put half past six in the evening of your wedding date

at your wedding location. IMO
