Need Help Please

I am looking into booking my engagement party for late August/September. I was wondering if anybody had any restaurant ideas. I was hoping for something outside, or with windows of a view of the water, for a resonable price for 50-80 people. If anyone had any ideas I would greatly appreciate it! Also, another idea we had,if you know a park/beach where we could reserve a section we would think of bringing in caterers, but isnt too far from a restroom as I have elderly grandparents..
