NEED HELP POSTING PICS

I WANT TO POST A PIC FROM A WEBSITE BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW, CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME?
THANKS

Go to the website that the picture is at...right click (use the right button on the mouse) and click on 'save picture as' and then save the picture to your computer...I suggest saving it to 'my documents' or 'desktop' because then you will be able to find it easily. Once it''s saved...at the bottom of your post it says 'attatch images' and then there is a 'browse button'. Click on 'browse' and then find the picture you saved on your computer. Hope that helps...let me know if you need anything further.
