Help! I have about a month till my wedding and I still don't have makeup artist. I thought we had one but after we got a hold of him, we found out he was way too expensive.
Please recommend a reasonably priced and really good makeup artist that also uses airbrush...

You can also check with a salon near where you are getting ready and ask the makeup artists there, or if there is anyone at any of hte makeup counters at the Malls that you like doing your makeup, a lot of them will come out for weddings

Try going to Macy's MAC counter or a free standing MAC or Ulta some of the girls freelance on the side.
Check you local salon.
My salon in Port Jefferson has a makeup artist

Her name is Jeannine she does great work

Jacqueline Nicole ... she is a vendor on here I'm pretty sure, and she does gorgeous work!

Oksana does traditional makeup (not airbrush). I am using her-she is great!!!! If you want airbrush, try Karen W. (Art of Makeup-vendor on here). I had a great trial with her, and my friend who went with me to the trial booked her as soon as she had her trial.

I loved the way Elena did my makeup... she used (maybe still does) work for TV and I think should be reasonably priced (I'm using her for both makeup and hair)
Try MAC...I think you have to buy 3 products when you get your make-up done but its not a bad idea because then you will have the make-up they use in to morning for the rest of the day for touch ups. I think they're ok with pricing. There is a girl in huntington (WWM) who is AWESOME! Did mine and my sis's prom make-up.

I loved my makeup artist! Her name is Laura D'Angio. There is a link to my review in my profile. She is from Bloomingdales Bobbi Brown counter at Roosevelt field mall and she doesn't charge for trials. Her prices were reasonable and she came to me on the day of. I was very happy with her!!!!!

karen w is really good. she does both traditional and airbrush. i had a trial with her and booked her.
