I used number 1 - expect I said accepts and declines. I love that one!!

we did a line for accepts or regrets
as well as a space for # of guests....can't be too sure!!

One tip that I found in the readings is to somehow number the response cards in case someone doesn't put their name down. this way, you can still figure out who it is that is coming. I myself am doing reply postcards.
