Ok - so i had a few places i was calling for shuttles for our hotel/recepetion transport - but they're all booked for my day
I think its prom/graduation weekend
Anyway - can you girls please recommend your shuttle service (and price if you dont mind) - and also what size shuttle is it

Another question -- how do you know how big a shuttle you will need - right now im guessing
But until our guests get the invites and book their rooms - we wont really know an exact count. im so confused

go through your limo company.. depending on how many rooms you blocked, you'll get a rough estimate.. also instead of a shuttle, you can do a pick up and drop off.. if you dont have that many people..
and it should avg about $500

I have a 55 passenger coach bus through Coach USA. I estimated I'll have approx. this many people needed the shuttle to the RH & then home(based on how many OOT/ people are staying estimate). So far, they've been great to work with and I've seen some positive reviews (big company). FM me if you want more info.

Not sure what the price is, FILs are paying and they booked it, but FMIL found that Hampton Jitney was actually the best for what we needed (it's 2 buses over 6 hours or something)....we have TONS of OOT guests though!
