Need help w/ shower gift =)

Hi Ladies!

I'm looking to get my cousin some really unique gifts for her bridal shower. What are some of the 'in' things to have at your wedding right now? When I got married in 2010 I remember the personalized Mrs... wedding hanger, personalized parasols, and 'channa' name plaques were very popular. Is there anything else unique and personalized that is popular right now? It could be for her, the wedding, something for photo props etc? I want to give her unique gifts. Thank you!

Any of those gifts would be great! Also personalized robe or sweatsuit that say Mrs ___ or Bride would be great. Maybe something 'Just Married' for her honeymoon. Just do a little investigation with the bridal party to make sure she doesn't already have something before you order it!

if it was me, i'd love the personalized hanger with my new last name, the wine or candle basket with poems for all of our 'firsts', a Mrs. LastName Zipper up, and the Mr. & Mrs. Cake forks they sell on etsy.

I had a lot of personalized gifts given at my shower and loved them all. I got a LOT of stuff from personalizationmall.com and personalcreations.com (a throw blanket, crystal calendar with our wedding date, pictures frames, etc.).

I'm also a big wine-o so they put together the wine poem for FH and I and accessories to go with each occasion. For example, one of the bottles of wine they got is for our first Giants game since I'm a huge Giants fan...so they got a 'classy' beer (in a wine bottle), a giants wine bottle stopper and a set of Giants pilsner glasses. You could also make her a holiday basket with decorations and cookie cutters to start her off for each of the holidays if she's not already living on her own...just an idea. Hope that helps!

Stemming off the wine idea... A wine of the month club subscription for the first year of their marriage is a cute idea for them to drink on each month-aversary :) or you could put together your own basket and label them (1month, 2month, etc.) and put them in a big basket.
