I feel so weird sending out this email, is this normal? I figure I have something to tell everyone so why not kill 5 birds with one stone?
Sooooooooo, was wondering what everyone is doing for hair and make-up? Would you want to have it professionally done? Either way, I want you girls to get ready with me so I can boss you around and you can fan me and feed me grapes and mimosas or heinkens (because I'm a classy bride).
I kid, I kid. I AM a classy bride but I won't boss you around and make you do things for me. So prices I'm getting for hair and make-up are freaking ridiculous so far! It's coming out to about $75 for MAKE-UP (you don't want to know how much bride costs) and around $125 for HAIR. So if you want to do it yourself, feel free.
Now the tricky part. Please let me know if you want to get hair and make-up professionally done. If you do want to, please let me know, that way I can find someone reasonable (so I can say 'I have x amount of girls, what you can you do for me?'). Please let me know what you'd be willing to spend. Again, I don't care if you want to wear your hair in cornrows or dreadlocks or a mullet and you want to do it yourself and wear The Crow eye make-up. Whatever you feel comfortable in. This is not me making you do anything.
Now for the taboo part. You are all my bridesmaids you've known me a long time and you know I'm frank, so I'm going to be frank here. I plan on getting bridesmaid gifts for you ladies but I can't afford a gift AND hair/make-up. So let me know if you'd rather me pay for hair/make-up.
And then I'd have a conclusion....
