Hi girls im planning on going to Atlantic City for my bachelorette party but i need some help. My sister was going to plan it but shes never been and waits for the last minute so I am helping her plan it but I need to know if any of you know of any good hotels to stay at and some fun clubs/bars to go to. Ive been a few times but just to gamble so I dont know either. Any help would be great! !
TIA!

I say Borgata, most of the younger crowd hangs out there and one of the nicer hotels. Plus you have mur-mur and in the mixx there which are clubs.
Tropicana is nice now too and good restaurants.

Re: Need help with AC hotels and clubs
We're going to AC for my bachelorette party next month. A few of us are going for two nights the rest are going for one. The first night we're staying at the Taj and going to the Casbah (sp?) and the second night we're staying at harrah's and going to the harrah's pool party.

We did one at Tropicana and it was very fun. There are so many places to go out there. We had dinner at the Ri Ra Irish Pub, then we went to Cubre Libre and then I think we hit several other bars including kareoke. We were going all night long.
Also I am pretty sure there is a strip show, but we didn't do that.

I agree to eat at Carmine's, the original is in Times Square and there's another in Manhattan -- it's fantastic. Also agreed (see previous post) -- stay at and go to clubs at Borgata, it's a little taste of Vegas in A.C., but the people are friendlier everywhere else, because sometimes the staff of the Borgata forget they are in Jersey, not Vegas. LOL. It's still the nicest and the hottest club scene (though don't be surprised if you are under-whelmed, just like in Vegas where the hype about the clubs is far better than the clubs themselves). If you've been to clubs in NYC, nothing will impress you in A.C. or Vegas.

I say Tropicana, that is where I am having mine. I know someone who had their b-party at Borgata and she wasn't allowed to wear tiara, sash, pins nothing at all not even a shirt. They told her they were a classy hotel and didn't allow that. I think that;s really part of the fun. Tropicana has so much going on and the hotel is so nice.

SOOOOO very true, great points. Murmur does act like they are a vegas club. And yeah everyone always says OMG clubs in vegas are crazy and i expected that but to me it wasnt any different than nyc clubs. Most ppl there are just on vacation so their mentality while there is different but thats all.
