I'm not very close with my mom, but since I am her only daughter she handed down a family heirloom to me when I was growing up. Its a diamond heart pendant, and I love it to pieces. I'd like to use it as my something old, and incorporate it into a bridal necklace, but something that is only temporary so that I can take it off after the wedding. Below is the pendant and my dress. Oh, it was more that I was looking for help finding a necklace that would look good with the pendant. I don't want just a chain, I would want to add it to a bridal necklace that has some detail or design.

I think the pendant is beautiful on its own and would probably just get a very pretty but simple necklace to go with it. Maybe a pretty box chain. I would go to even macy's to look at chains and try it with them. Good luck
