If I make brownies or other cake type of things, how do I make sure that they don't stick to the pan that they're in? Do I put some butter there, waxed paper or what? I tried using aluminum paper and that stuck, so we had 'torn' chunks of brownies... Didn't look good, but still tasted good. How can I improve the baking piece?

Take Pam and spray it on the mold before pouring in the batter.

I just spray pam, or you can spread Crisco. But Pam works fine for me.Plus if you have good non-stick pans too.Have fun, and save some for us

So if I use straight non-stick pan it should work without Pam? Or do I still have to spray?

You still have to spray the PAM but lightly don't drench it.

Re: Need help with baking
BTW, I'll try to post a recipe if I manage to make them right next time. All I can say now, is splurge on the chocolaty ingredients. I used Nestle's cocoa powder and Chiraldeli's dark chocolate, and the mush turned out so yummy FH finished all of it last night.

Thank you so much girls I won't drench it in oil, usually my problem is not using enough of it, b/c I try to make things low fat...

Re: Need help with baking
spray Pam - lightly and it shouldn't stick
or you can grease the pan with butter, but I like PAM better
