Need help with Beach or Vineyard wedding....

Hi Everyone...Sorry for crashing the 09 Brides board but I have a friend that is planning on getting married in may/June 2009 on Long Island and trying to plan this wedding from Chicago. So here I am trying to help them out.
They would like to have a Beach or Vineyard wedding with no more than 80 people. It's a pretty small wedding and they don't have any restrictions as to the location as long as it's on Long Island.
Can anyone recommend a Catering Hall with a quote? Please keep in mind that they are working with a small budget here and they would like to do a Friday wedding.
