Need help with disposable cameras...do i or don't i?
We've been told that sometimes the best pics come from disposable cameras left on the tables for guests to use...do you guys think this is cheesy? i've worked so hard to make every detail as classy as possible and i'm not sure what to do!

I think they are a nice thought , but rarely get executed well. The last wedding we were at, we forgot to take pics and were snapping tons in a matter of minutes to help finish the film. Plus if you are getting 'wedding' boxed ones, they are usually recycled throw-aways and sometimes aren't processed correctly and don't develop well...Plus I wouldn't exactly put them in the catagory as classy

most past brides have said it is a waste. Many pics are not take and they just don't come out well.
Instead why not give out cards with an account created on snapfish including password that people can upload their own pics that they took too. I hear this works well.

how would you execute that so people would know about the snapfish account?? That is a good idea - because I know alot of people will be bringing their own digital cameras and taking pics we otherwise would never see.

I don't think that the disposable cameras are a waste. I think to work best they need to be brought to the attention of the guests. I saw this and think it is a cute idea.
