Need help with DIY

Need help with DIY

I am not gifted in the arts and crafts department, so I have been putting this part of wedding planning off for quite some time. Can anyone help me get started? My goals are to make an aisle runner with petals along the edges, petal cones, programs, menus, etc.
How do I begin?

I think you first need to determine if you want all of it to match. If so then you need to find a vendor that you can purchase all your cardstock and other supplies through. Once you've figured that out, start small. Go with one of the easier projects like menus or petal cones. Once you get the hang of it go for the more difficult pieces like the program. The program is a bit trickier b/c you have to figure out the layout and it tends to be more complex. Just give yourself LOTS of time and you'll be fine.
