Need Help with DIY Cake Topper

Please help!

I am thinking of doing my own monogram cake topper and I seem to have a few questions?

How big should the cake topper be? I am just doing the intial of our last name.

About how many crystals do you need to cover the front of it?

Where did you get the actual letter from?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks ladies!
