Need help with donation wording

We are donating to the MS Association but also giving each guest a box of chocolates- I wanted to find a way to put that into the text of the donation card (below)- any ideas?

To our family & friends,
We have chosen a special way to say thank you for sharing our special day with us.
In lieu of a traditional favor, we have made a donation in your honor and in honor of those afflicted with Multiple Scheloris.
We feel the finest gift is one which helps others live longer healthier lives
We truly appreciate you being a part of our special day!
