Need Help With E-Pic Location

We are taking our e-pics next weekend and we still have no clue where we should take them. Can you ladies please throw out some suggestions? I DON'T want a beach setting. Where else on LI (Nassau or Suffolk) can we go to take our e-pics?

I was kind of thinking maybe even Central Park. Has anyone done pics there?

what about like a vineyard?

My fiance and I went to the vineyards out east a few weeks ago for his birthday.

One of the vineyards we went to was Pindar - they have sunflower fields in addition to the vineyards and we have AMAZING pictures that I took with my little digital camera.

It's gorgeous out there - and I know u said no beaches but there are cool docks out there too that are nice for pictures. It's just really pretty out there.

Argyle is a great location! Another suggestion would be the Bayard Arboretum in Islip (right on Montauk Hwy), or the Vanderbuilt Mansion.

I second the Bayard Arboretum, or maybe South St. Seaport?

Does the Bayard Arboretum require a permit?

I'm in the same boat. So far my only choice is Rooselvet North. Which is very nice and gives you A LOT of options but i'd like other suggestions too.

They do require a permit, there is a $100 fee & you need to make reservations at least 2 weeks in advance. Kind of a pain- but it really is so beautiful there
