Hi girls! I am getting e-pics done with Thomas Paul on October 9th at Sunken Meadow State Park. I have no idea what to wear! My FH and I were out shopping today. I got a teal colored v-neck sweater, which is very form fitting and he bought a short sleeved black Liz Claiborne shirt and a nice black t-shirt to wear underneath. We are definitely wearing blue jeans with our shirts.
I talked to my sister and she said it will look stupid to have him in short sleeves and me in long. So, we went through his closet and found a striped, collared shirt with different shades of blue, teal, and black in it. I am thinking he will wear it open with the black shirt under it.
Then I looked at some other e-pics on the beach and a lot of them were wearing black and white or white and white. I am thinking of getting a white shirt too now and changing half way through.
We want beach pics, but it is also fall now and we will be taking pics in the woods with the colored leaves too. I want to have both, so what should I wear??? Also, it may be a little chilly, so I cannot wear something I will freeze in. Any help???

Well Oct is still nice weather. You can wear long sleeves and FH in short sleeves or vice versa, it wont look bad at all. I like the idea of a nice button down shirt for him with jeans and jeans on you with a wrap around shirt or a nice fitting sweater, not too casual, I would dress it up just a bit. Have fun on your shoot? TP is AWESOME!!!!!

we took our pics at the beach in August and I wore a short sleeve shirt and FH wore a long sleeve shirt
we didnt even think about it being strange. I think it is fine.

I like your outfits! I think I will go get a white shirt and just change midway. I can wear the teal sweater in the woods for those pics. Thanks!

sounds like nice outfits to me! we went casual also..and my fh wore long sleeves and i wore a sleeveless dress shirt! it didn't look funny at all! epics are in my album

we just did blue and white. We both wore jeans, Fh wore a blue button down and a white tank under that. I would a white shirt with a blue tank under it.

i just went through the same problem.. and drove myself insane.. i bought shirts at banana, express, ny &co, zara, nordstroms, and guess. It was rediculous... i ended up wearing a 3/4 sleeve shirt and fh wore a short sleeve shirt and it looked great.. wear something that you would normally wear.. and just be comfy

We just took our e-pics today. I wore short sleeves & FH wore long sleeves. Didn't think it looked weird. FH even commented half way through about it & our photographer said it looked fine.

were very laid back and i want my pics to reflect that.. so i got a pair of jean capris and a long sleeve white polo with flip flops.. FH will prob wear jeans and a polo with sneakers! were doing the beach in oct. also!
