This may be a stupid question, but what do they mean by 'boxed invitation'??
That instead of an envelope they are placed in a box and mailed like that...Here is a picture of one example
and the inside of it
thats how i did mine, but instead of those colors i did the chocolate brown with taupe and white linen paper for the verse.
Also with the lid of the box i did it a bit different. I used 2 cardstocks and the first one was antique gold, which is actually the middle layer of above invite, and it covers the front of the lid, then on top of the antique gold i put the stardream opal shimmery cardstock and i sent those to a calligrapher and she wrote the addresses on the opal cardstock and then i just put the opal cardstock on top of the antique gold, but the opal is a bit smaller so the corners show the gold. I also put a ribbon but instead of putting it under the cardstock like the picture i put it over
a few ppl who used rhinestone buckles did the same so it doesnt get ruined in the envelope when it goes through the machine.
Some boxes are different style but just color and texture.
