Need help with flowers again....

I am so over these decisions....can anybody help me think of any other flowers (other than peonie) that are round and full and soft like that? I have found cabbage roses and ranaculus (see pic)....there MUST be some others I am forgetting?

Please share the name of them -- I love them. MY FFIL buys them for my FMIL everyweek and he can't remember the name either -- he just goes into the florist and the guy hands him 2or3 of them every two weeks

How about dahlia's? Many different varieties and they are gorgeous.
