Need Help with Hair and Makeup

Ok So I narrowed down a couple of makeup artisits based on the reviews here and the ones that were in my budget. The ones I have it narrowed down to are: Jaqueline Nicole, Makeup by Claudia and Bautyfull Beauty. But I havent found any hair dressers within my budget. I dont care about the cost for me but my mom, and my girls really dont want to spend more than $75.00 for hair. And I need someone who is willing to travel to Riverhead. Any suggestions??? Also who would you go with, Jaqueline Nicole or Makeup by Claudia? They are both kinda within my price range.

Thanks
