first step is to see if they are available and then investigate prices.

i agree, i would first call them to see if they are even available for your date and then decide between those available. It will make the decision alot easier bc you dont have to sit here and contemplate about somebody that might end up being booked already.

a lot of the popular vendors on here book up a year in advance maybe more! i would def call them up first.

those above that you mentioned are pretty popular to this site so will prob be booked... not sure of everyones prices but i know m.i.@ is like $400 for hair and makeup... I know an awesome makeup artist if you're interested... shes in nassau county. not sure about hair yet, but let me know if you're interested in info. good luck!

I booked jaqueline nicole for makeup, she was $150 for airbrush, $125 without....I believe the prices are on her website.
For hair, I booked Mya from Cosmetic Artistry, she was great, I believe my hair is $125.

I used Jacqueline Nicole for makeup and she was $125 with airbrush. I loved her and her work so much. I would email her to see if she's available for your date.
