you need to calculate how many are couples/families. why dont you write it/type it all down. I would GUESS you will need 175, but i would put it down and do an exact count to be safe. You dont want to need 150 and over order 200 either.
Well how many are couples and how many are singles? You need to figure out exactly how many invites you are sending. I am inclined to say 125. But that would be a assuming that everyone is a couple.
If it helps, I'm inviting about 255 and getting 160 invitations. It all depends on your breakdown though. I would take a look at your list and figure out how many are families, couples, singles, etc. Then build in a few extras for 'errors' and potential last minute invites. HTH!
You can count it yourself or weddingchannel.com has a guest list manager. If you plug in all the people attending it saves it for you and tells you how many invites u need.
I put each invitee on a separate line in excel and added them up. There are a few of our older relatives that are singles so we need to go into the next invitation bracket.
