Need help with limo/shuttle!

Need help with limo/shuttle!

I need some help, ladies!

I have a bunch of relatives who live in Queens who can’t drive. I guess there’s around 20 or so of them and usually my dad drives them to family events at our house, but obviously that isn’t the plan for the wedding. We’ve been looking around for shuttles or something but the prices are crazy expensive, mainly because the majority of what we’re seeing are party buses.

Now, the average age of these guests is like 60 and I know for a fact that they would be more freaked out by a disco in the car than anything else, lol. Is there any alternative to this? Also, I saw someone post about Syosset Limo a while ago, saying that they offered a shuttle service where you only pay them for the trip to the RH and the trip back, not all the hours in between. Something like that would be awesome; do a lot of companies do that?

Any and all help is SO appreciated. Thanks!

Hey Darlin - long time no see!!!!!!!

Make a quick call to Joe @ Camelot - see if he can hook you up - or maybe even suggest someone who does it - if he doesn't. He was one of the best vendors we got - he didn't try and upsell us, anything like that! He kept saying he wished we needed more so he could spoil us, but we really didn't....

I would try taxi or bus companys - they have regular coach buses - and you can probably ask to price each trip one way and that way you wont have to pay for hours in between.

Try local car companies. Not necessarily limo companies. Do you or any friends use a car services for work? They aren't hourly charges usually just the one time fee.

I'm in the same situation and am planning on calling Golden Touch. They are very big in Queens (I'm sure that you've seen their black and gold buses). I used them in the past, but I don't have any more recent prices.
