Need help with making a shutterfly book

I'm trying to make a book for fiance w my Bpics and when I drag the pics to the page...the edges of the pics gets cut off...like if its a full pic of my head/body...once I drag it to the page, it cuts the top of my head off and my feet. WTH?
Can anyone help me with this?

I'd like my full head and body in the pic.

its because the pics need to be cropped to size of whatever slot they are going into in the book.

For example if you are getting an 8 x 8 book, the shape of the page is a square, whereas the shape of the actual photo is a rectangular, either way you try it will cut some part of the pic off
