I came up with a cute idea but I have no idea who would do it.....I would like to have a photographer come and take pictures of couples that get developed right then and there and made into a magnet (sort of like the concept at like Great Adventure when you got the key chain). I figure it is different and a favor they could use and always have- a magnet! I just figure that regular photographers would not want to do a small job like that or would be too expensive. Does anyone know anyone who would specializes in favors??
could you get a photography student? at a local college or even high school?

Called a vendor who does just that...
Of course I can't remember their name but if you wanted it, I could dig it up.
However - their fee is $1500! As soon as I heard that, I pretty much forgot that idea.
Another option: Not sure how you can do this but what about renting a b&w photobooth?

The vendor in the mall
There is a vendor in the Smithhaven Mall that does this. You can ask them about an off-site set-up. I figure this will be very, very expensive. You could do the following:
Speak to your photographer about having an assistant take digital photos of the guests. Then take the digital camera to Kinkos (they are open 24 hours a day), and have Kinkos print onto magnet paper. Or set up a laptop and color printer in the bridal suite. Purchase magnet paper at Staples or Micheal's. Have the assistant take the digital camera into the bridal suite and print the magnets there.
