1st month I'm charting, and it seems weird to me. How do these temps look to you?
If I read the 'Taking Charge...' book correctly, the temperature shift indicates when one has ovulated. Fine, I ovulated (if I determined correctly on the 18th), but is it safe to say that my progesterone level is lower than normal since my temps aren't far from preovulation temps?
Please advise. TIA!

Re: Need help with my temperature charting...
Humm..it looks to me like you actually O'd on the 16th (the big spike in temps usually indicates O already happened so I am guessing you O'd the 16th.
Otherwise your chart looks good. There is no set way that your temps should be or that your chart should look. I used to worry that my temps were all over the place and my chart didn't look like what I thought it should, but everyone is different.
I can see from your chart that your temps were below coverline until you O'd and then pretty much since then they have been over your coverline, which is a good thing. Your temps will be higher after you O. If they remain high it is a possible (ponlny possible) indication that you are PG but if you are not PG, your temps will start to drop again and AF will be on her way.
I don't think you need to worry about progesterone levels right now. Your temps after O are all above the cover line and that is what you want to look at. If they were all below the coverline then I would say maybe its progesterone levels. You temps don't always have to be low to indicate low P levels, but that is one way to tell.
Don't forget too that a lot of thing cna change your BBT - if you take it at a diff time each day, if you drink alcohol the night before, if you have a fever, etc.
Was there something more specific you wanted to know? I think everything looks right on target!! Nice chart on Excel too by the way (and thank's for sending it to me)!

The only reason my temperatures went so high on the 17th, was because I drank the night before, AND I woke up late... that's why I didn't connect the temps to that night (nor the 16th - drank that day, too... lol).
The only reason progesterone levels came to mind was because I was thinking maybe it was why I m/c in Feb. Then maybe I can do something about it, ya know?
Thanks, as always for the info. And no problem on the sheet! I love it! Hope you do, too.
