What is negotiable- what should I ask for? I'm clueless and need to get a jump on things.

Well, I stink at negotiating, but FH negotiated a bit with our phot/video. He just told them how we really loved their work and would really love to hire them...but that we were hoping for more pics in our album. They threw the extra pics in....

I negotiated no sales tax by paying cash, extra hour of OT for free and an extra DVD copy for free.

Also... for photo... ask for more photos in the album. For example, if the package says 40 photos in your album see if you can get 50+, and same for parents albums, they usually get less photos but see if you can get 10 extra. Also, see about having 5-10 'special effects' included (handcolor, sepia). We couldn't get our price down much (I think they took off like $250) but they gave us extra photos and included things that are add ons.
