Need help with printing envelopes!!

Need help with printing envelopes!!

TRYING to print my envelopes... here's the issue:

I've tried different ways. When I just go to page setup and change the paper size to my envelope size and center the address, the address prints to the right. When I try doing it by going into tools, envelopes, I get the general box centered but not the individual lines!

I'm so confused.. all i want is the name and address all centered in the middle of the envelope.... HELP!

o god I wish I could help you! Goodluck!!! I hate using word- there is always soething that goes wrong! I guess just keep doing trial and error.

I don't think an address should be have individually centered lines...I think they're supposed to be right-justified

I tried but i can't seem to find anything that would center it.... it print like this:

Mr & Mrs
123 south street

and i want it like this:
Mr. & Mrs.
123 south Street

thats how i was originally doing it.... but then i saw some invites i've gotten in the mail and saw them completly centered which I like better... if all else fails i guess its what i'm gonna be left with.... either way, for some reason it doesn't start the words where i tell it to or where it previews it will.

Instead of individual envelopes try doing a mail merge

did you do tools/envelopes and once the address is in there do add to document? you can center it there, try printing like that.

I can't figure out how to center it otherwise: that worked above but I don't have an envelope to test how it prints. it looks right on the screen though.
