Need help with rehearsal vendor

I need help finding a place to invite all out of town guests for drinks the night before the wedding. We're doing a traditional rehearsal dinner with immediate family and wedding party, but my guests are coming from out of the country and we want to do something for them. Our hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn in Riverhead. I don't know the Riverhead scene very well, but the future in laws have only requested that it not be a chain restaurant bar.
