My sister is getting married next Saturday and needs new shoes (the ones now don't match her dress) and a guest book and pen. Any ideas where to go? For shoes, we already went to Sandy's Shoes, Bridal boutique in Westbury and DSW.

Try Love my Shoes in Carle Place or Oceanside. I got mine there (although mine aren't white, they're silver strappy sandals with rhinestones) Have you looked on ebay for a guest book/pen? There are tons of vendors on here that offer those items so you shouldn't have too much problem getting it.

I am such a huge fan of not getting 'wedding shoes'. i can't wear the dress again, at least let me wear the shoes. I got a pair of gold, strappy, sexy as hell pair of shoes to go with my ivory dress. if i were wearing white i would have bought them in silver. they are 3.5 inches high and comfortable as anything. they were expensive, but worth every cent because i can literally run in them.
