I just opened my box of programs and was going to start to put them together but I have no idea how to put the tassels on. Someone please help me.....Does the tassel hang from the bottom? Do I tie not at the bottom of the program?

usually u put the tassel around the paper, then at the bottom...to make it tight...you tie a knot cloes to the bottom edge of the 'booklet' so that it all stays together!!

Dani just like Lisa said, you have to wrap it around the paper & tie a tight knot so the papers stay. I'll show u when I come over, I'll bring one of mine
