NEED HELP WITH ZAZZLE.COM FOR TY CARDS ASAP

Girls I need some MAJOR Help ASAP!

I am trying to upload my layouts for thank you cards in Zazzle.com and its busting my horns! It wont let me resize the pic on the back at all and wont even show it if I try to edit. Am I doing somethign wrong/ I used photoshop and set it to 5x7 at 300 pixels. If someone who ahs used zazzle.com could help me, I will love you forever. Or is there another place? Shutterfly wont let me do front aand back. Kodak is busting my chops too. TIA!
