Need Help/Ideas

I was originally thinking of giving an ornament as a favor but I cant find anything that I like for a reasonable price. What we have decided to do is donate to the American Heart Association in Memory of my grandfather and FH's cousin.....
does anyone know if they have something like the LIvestrong bracelets?
Or I was trying to think of a creative way to tell guests about our donation.

My parents recently went to a wedding and they had gotten small white boxes from Michaels and filled them with candy (kisses and stuff like that)and put a label on the box that said where the donation was too.
What about car magnets possibly? Or could you make a small refrigerator magnet with the ribbon?
