need helping deciding on a gift to give...

it's for a surprise B-Day party. But, it's a dinner cruise and DH are paying $80 each just to go on the cruise. So, that's already $160 spent just to be there (and we're both leaving work early so that we can get there in time)

It's for a married, 29 year old woman.

Gift Ideas needed!

Edited to add: she never had a bridal registry because they had a 'quiet' wedding (i.e. we found out several weeks later that they got married on a Monday night)

As a wedding gift, I gave them a Lenox photo album, so I want her B-Day gift to be different than that.

What about a gc for like a manicure/pedicure??

Or a Pier One basket (candles etc?) Not too expensive but personal....

I don't think you could go wrong with a gift certificate. Besides a spa certificate, which is a great option, other ideas could be to Ann Taylor or Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel (since they didn't register, maybe she'd want to buy some housewares)...
