Need Help...Meeting with RH

I have a meeting with my RH next week to finalize my menu and pick my table linens.
Anyone have any questions I should def ask so I dont forget

Are there any decorations or other things you plan on bringing? If so, you may want to check w/ them to be sure they're ok w/ them. (example, candles or your own menu cards-----some places are picky.)

Oh lemme think. I had a huge list..
What time can I have the flowers delivered there?
Can you serve sangria to the guests as they come in?
Do the bathroom attendants (if any) have baskets of stuff?
Do the bartenders put out tip cups?
Can you put bottles of wine on the tables ?(FH is portuguese and this is what they do)
What time can we show up there to take pics?
What time can DJ show up?
When do we pay for extra people above final count?
HOw much do we pay for vendors?

Hmmm I cant think of more now.
