i am having a casual wedding setting but my problem is i am not renting dishes,silverwear,etc.. (dont want to be washing dishes in my wedding dress). is it ok to us heavy duty plastic and if so how do i incorporate it into my table scape??

there is some high quality plastic silverware out there that looks real! the forks have pointed tips instead of your typical round ends, the knives actually cut, and they are silver. i've used them before at events and would have sworn they were real until i picked them up.
you can use those, or find a color that matches your theme -- depends on how casual you want
