OK invite call for 6 p.m. I was thinking about taking picutre b4 the ceremony. We are getting Married at Crest hollow and they have beautiful grounds but I was thinking about taken picture in a unique location. We both Live in Brooklyn in Mill Basin so I wanted a place between Brooklyn and LI...I always wanted to take pictures in Downtown Brooklyn but that is going to be out of the way I think for us .
Where else could we take pictures?????? Or do you think I should forgte taken picutres and do them all at Crest Hollow??

Downtown Brooklyn is very nice. I don't think it is out of the way- you just have to leave your house a earlier. My FH's cousin went to Coney Island and took pics on the boardwalk. They really came out beautiful. Just plan accordingly and give yourself enough time in case of traffic.

What about the beach or maybe OWG. That's on the way to Crest Hollow I think.

I was thinking OWG but that is kinda like a garden and I am already doing that at crest hollow....

If it was me I would just stick to CH. It would just make things less complicated, and their grounds are beautiful. I think one fo the reasons why I booked with them is because I wouldnt have to go to another location for pics...but thats just what i would do. If you think it would be practical for you to go to two places then that would be great. A friend of mine took pics by the bridge on her wedding day and the pics came out great!

I'm taking pictures at Old Westbury Gardens. Crest Hollow is beautiful BUT they have so many brides there at the same time so you may not be able to go in certain areas if a bride is already there taking pics. I didnt want to take any chances, plus they dont really have any good places for indoor pic in case of rain.
We will do OWG with the bridal party and then head to CH for family pics before the start of cocktail hour.
