I am going to Hawaii on my honeymoon also. I havent booked anything yet but.... I am going to Maui and Kaui. I heard Kaui is the best island. I think that Kaui and Maui are similar since they are both romantic,
we're going to maui and kauai.
I work with a girl who is from Hawaii.. and She said to definately do Kuai.. she said is absolutely beautiful.. That is if you don't want a lot of city, and people. If you do then do the big island.. We prefer, a more quiet, romantic setting. but we do go out, and she said you can do that at Kuai as well.. hope that helps.. if you have anymore questions about it let me know and I'll ask her..
WE are going to Oahu, Maui and Kuai. Kuai is like nothing you will ever see here, it is very romantic. You should check it out. Big Island is good for volcanos if you are into that.

We went to Kauai, Oahu, The Big Island and Maui so we did it all. I would choose Kauai over the Big Island but that's just my opinion. Kauai was prettier and just so beautiful. There were great restaurants there too. We like the Big Island but I don't know if we would go back again- we saw the Volcano's Park (and it POURED) and then stayed in Kona which was so dry. So the one cool thing about the Big Island is that there are completely different climates all over the island which is cool to see but... I would still do Kauai. Feel free to FM about any Hawaii questions!!
