im trying to print something, the priner starts up, then feeds all the paper through without printing anything.. i cant find the solution in the help section...
anyone know what to do?

Check the customer service section of your manual to find the website for the on-line help section. You can go to a live chat session and ask the technician for help - no charge.

turn it off, leave it off for a couple mins turn it back on... if it continues remove the paper then press the x button and turn it off then turn it back on... if that still doesnt work... use a hammer

Mine does that sometimes. Also try to open the printer icon in the bottom right corner (forget what that's called) and delete/cancel all of your print jobs. I usually need to restart my computer as well.
