need hugs

i hope i dont sound like a big brat since my shower was this past saturday. but im a little down cuz my 30th birthday is wednesday and i wanted FH to plan a bowling party for me (lame, i know). he's been so busy at work and stressed out that he hasnt been able to do it. at this point, i think its too late to plan a party for this saturday cuz we areent even at the point of inviting guests.so im gunna spend it with whoever's available chilling at my house. like every year... this whole shower thing kinda took away from the whole b-day experience. yeah im a HUGE brat. but give me hugs please!

Awwwwww. I don't think you're a brat. One thing is about your wedding and one is about YOU!!! I'm sorry that they were so close and one overshadowed the other!!!

I am kinda down about my 30th too... I did get to celebrate with my fam but I wanted to do a big thing with all of my friends and family but it just didn't happen...

I remember even as a kid having a March B-Day s*cked... the weather always ruined something and it was too cold to do anything outside...

id prob be a little upset too.... maybe you can go a little more all out at your house? like get it catered, hire a bar staff, maybe dj chef is available?

what are you doing march 24th? wednesday nights dave & busters has 1/2 price games. bowling w shoes is cheap. like $5!
